You, the buyer, agree:
1- You understand Maryland Rent Notices, LLC (T/A Rentcourt.com) is not a law firm and only acts as landlord(s) agent in limited scope court proceedings. You understand if you have any legal questions, comments, or concerns, you will consult an attorney about such matters.
2- You, the buyer, agree you are 18 years or older, not subject to the Child Online Privacy Act, and are the authorized owner of the credit card/PayPal/Venmo/Cash App/Zelle used to make any purchases. Any buyer that violates this term of service may be liable for civil and/or criminal legal prosecution.
3- All sales are final, there is no refund policy.
4- Rentcourt.com offers no warranty.
5- You understand it is your responsibility to know the laws that apply to your case. If you are unsure of any legal matter, you should consult with your attorney.
6- You agree you have read the the pricing guide on www.Rentcourt.com and understand the services you are contracting us to do for you.
7- You grant Rentcourt.com the right to amend your filing to assure it is filed legally and in line with local, County, State, and United States of America law.
8- If there are any errors you, the buyer, enter into an forms on our website, including but not limited to the tenant(s) name, address, amounts due, special court proceedings, it is not the duty of Rentcourt.com to fix/correct/amend your filing.
9- Rentcourt.com offers no warranty.

11- Rentcourt.com does not file future rent cases.
12- Rentcourt.com does not file Section 8 cases for more than 1 year of rent.
13- Rentcourt.com reserves the right to refuse any and all business, clients, and/or sales.
14- These terms of service were last updated 1/27/2024 and went into effect 1/27/2024.
